Welcome to Mspark’s Art Process!
We appreciate your business and strive to make the art process as seamless as possible. Below is information that will help you better understand our process and the file types we accept.
3 WAYS TO TRANSFER YOUR ART FILES:
Files less than 25 mb can be emailed to your Customer Experience Manager.
THE MSPARK SFTP SITE
Files 25 mb or larger can be uploaded to us via SFTP. Email your Customer Experience Manager to get set up with the SFTP site to upload your artwork.
YOUR FTP SITE*
For transferring artwork from an FTP site, please email your Customer Experience Manager your login information.
*Mspark cannot accept files submitted via Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox and Box.com
WHAT TYPES OF FILES DO WE ACCEPT?
We accept InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat files. We also accept files saved as EPS, JPG, PSD, TIF or PDF, provided they are at least 300 dpi and at least 100% of the final size. All CameraRaw, JFIF, HEIC or WebP formats must be converted to PSD or JPG.
When sending native Indesign or Illustrator files, please be sure to include ALL linked images and fonts used.
All images should be converted from RGB to CMYK format before sending your files. Also, convert all custom and/or spot colors to CMYK. Black type should be set as 100% K and not as rich black/CMYK. Total ink density should not exceed 280% where rich black color is used in your ad.
We cannot accept native files built in Publisher, Word, Corel, PageMaker, Canva or Photoshop Elements.
